IMDG code amendment no. 35-10
Please be advised that currently both amendment 34-08 or amendment 35-10 may be used.
Whichever version is to be used, it must be used in whole for that shipment, they cannot both be used in part for the same consignment.
Effective 01 January 2011 Amendment 35-10 may be used on a voluntary basis, this however, will become mandatory effective 01 January 2012
Royal Gulf Shipping & Logistics LLC will implement this amendment late in 2011, to ensure compliance of the regulations when they come into effect 01 January, this of course will be circulated accordingly. We would appreciate it if you could add a note on your declaration to this effect if you are using amendment 35-10 prior to our announcement.
